Charlotte Rumbol

With extensive experience in the charity sector, including significant roles at Macmillan Cancer Support, Charlotte is committed to advancing our mission at Oracle Head & Neck Cancer UK.

She collaborates with our COO, Jon Hazlett to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations and makes sure that all of our activity works together to maximise impact for patients, carers and all those affected by head and neck cancer.

Charlotte is responsible for using insight to develop our overarching operational strategy and supports the Senior Leadership Team to make sure we are as efficient and effective as possible – to make sure we’re investing as much as possible to be able to support those who need us most.

Having lost both her grandmother to oesophageal cancer and her father to complications from leukaemia, Charlotte is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the fight against head and neck cancer and is dedicated to improving early diagnosis and ensuring that patients have timely access to healthcare professionals.
