Suzanne Miller

Suzanne Miller is one of our Patient Ambassadors and is from Durham. Suzanne was diagnosed at 48 with tonsil and neck cancer with extra capsule spread. Suzanne had a full neck dissection, tonsillectomy and half of her bottom teeth removed before starting 30 sessions of radiotherapy daily and six sessions of weekly chemotherapy and was tube fed for over some six months. “I will always be grateful to the incredible NHS staff who have enabled me to have the privilege of still being here enjoying life with my family and friends.”
