Roz Redd, PhD, is the Director of Delivery and Impact at Oracle Head & Neck Cancer UK, where she leads the organisation’s research efforts. Roz oversees strategic grant streams, delivering collaborative external research projects, and driving impact measurement and evaluation. With a diverse background spanning healthcare research, data analytics, and operational innovation at institutions like Imperial College London and Zinc VC, Roz brings a wealth of expertise in designing impactful, evidence-based solutions. She is skilled in integrating patient and public involvement (PPI) into projects to ensure they reflect the needs and experiences of those directly affected. Combining her passion for innovation with a data-driven approach, Roz is dedicated to advancing Oracle’s mission to improve outcomes for patients and carers while addressing critical challenges in head and neck cancer care.
