What you'll be doing
Reporting to our Executive Director, with mentoring from our Communications Lead, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full range of fundraising and communications activity, including:
- Supporting our individual giving, community and events fundraising strategy
- Building relationships with donors and community fundraisers
- Helping organise fundraising and stewardship events

- A structured induction and tailored training plan
- Regular one-to-one mentoring from experienced colleagues
- A broad, CV-worthy skill set spanning fundraising, marketing, PR and events
- A flexible, home-based role in a small, friendly charity where your contributions genuinely matter
- Generous annual leave
Who we're looking for
We're after someone with a genuine interest in fundraising or the third sector, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to work independently in a home-based role.
