Peter's Story

Peter’s story

“It feels a long time ago when I was diagnosed with cancer of the throat in December 2013, Undergoing chemo-radiotherapy treatment was incredibly tough, but I came through it with the support of family, friends, my employer Salon Success, and the wonderful team at The Churchill Hospital Oxford.

“In September, with the help of friends, we walked 25kms over 16 bridges taking in some of London’s landmarks along the way.  I was overwhelmed with the support I received, beating my fundraising target to support Oracle’s pioneering research work into head and neck cancer.”
