We're delighted to announce our next webinar, where Professor Kevin Harrington will talk about the newest treatments in immunotherapy for head and neck cancer.
Kevin Harrington, Professor of Biological Cancer Therapies at The Institute of Cancer Research
Professor Harrington studied medicine at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London. He first became interested in head and neck cancer while doing his PhD at Hammersmith Hospital.
He is now a Professor at The Institute of Cancer Research. He also works as a doctor at the Royal Marsden and St George's Hospital. His work focuses on creating new treatments that target cancer cells directly, while helping the body's own immune system fight the cancer.
In 2013, he was made Head of Radiotherapy and Imaging at the Institute of Cancer Research. His research looks at how new treatments can work alongside standard cancer care, like radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
This webinar is a great chance to hear directly from a leading expert in immunotherapy for head and neck cancer.
